After watching Oliveira vs Tsarukyan at UFC 300 we need a rule change for knees to a grounded opponent. Mokaev, Tsarukyan, Evloev and more all use this rule to their benefit in order to avoid damage and shoot takedowns for free, let me know what you think in the comments below.
